A columned temple overlooking the lakes and hillside, set within the landscaped gardens. The most romantic spot for a summer open-air wedding, licensed for civil ceremonies, with a wet-weather option always on hand.

The Evening Wedding package
If you’re marrying in a church, at the local registry office or at another licensed venue, The Spa Hotel offers elegant wedding reception venues for the celebrations that follow.
Host your reception in either The Chandelier Suite or The Royal Suite and enjoy an evening of great food, drinks and dancing with family and friends. The package includes reception room hire, your choice of banqueting or chiavari chairs, a reception drink per guest, finger buffet selection, half a bottle of wine per guest, a glass of sparkling wine for the toast, a complimentary double room for the couple on the wedding night and discounted overnight accommodation for your guests.

How do I book my wedding date? 
Once you've chosen a preferred date and package, contact our Wedding Coordinators to check availability and receive a personalised quotation. To secure your date, a £2,500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, signed Terms & Conditions, and acceptance of your quotation are required.
When are wedding payments due?
- £2,500 deposit at booking
- 50% of the remaining balance approximately 6-8 months before your wedding
- Final balance due 30 days before your wedding day
Can I add extras after booking?
Yes. Additional items such as canapés, upgrades, or enhancements can be added later and will be charged at the current prices available at the time of booking.
How many bedrooms does the hotel have?
We have 70 bedrooms, including 4 Indulgent Rooms/Bridal Suites and 3 Feature Rooms: Calverley, Dunorlan and Nevill.
Can wedding guest bedrooms be reserved?
Yes. A selection of bedrooms can be reserved for your wedding guests at discounted rates. Reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage guests to book early.
What are the bedroom check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: From 3:00pm, check-out: By 11:00am, early or late check-in and check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Are alternative chair styles available?
Yes. Limewash Chiavari chairs are available for wedding breakfast receptions, subject to availability. A minimum order of 50 chairs applies.
Are chair covers included?
No, chair covers are not included. We can recommend trusted suppliers who offer a variety of styles and colours.
When can we decorate our wedding room?
Access to your wedding breakfast room is available from 9:00am on your wedding day. Earlier access may be possible subject to availability.
Do you provide place cards?
Yes. Place cards can be provided at £1 per card.
What is an exclusive wedding?
Exclusive weddings are available for celebrations with over 80 adult guests and guarantee that yours will be the only wedding taking place at the hotel that day.
Do you offer menu tastings?
Yes. We host group tasting events throughout the year where couples can sample selected wedding breakfast or buffet menu options, along with wines.
Can we play our own ceremony music?
Yes. Speakers are available at the Spa Temple, and music can be played from your own phone playlist using an AUX connection.
Is confetti allowed?
Yes, flower petal confetti is permitted outdoors only.
Is a getting-ready room included?
Some packages include a bedroom the night prior to your wedding, some packages do not include this and we recommend booking a bedroom for the night before your wedding should you wish to get ready here.
What time does the evening reception end?
Our standard finish time is midnight. Extensions may be available, subject to minimum bedroom booking requirements.
Are children charged the full package price?
No. Children's meals are available at £30 per child and include a three-course meal and soft drinks.
