How do I make a reservation?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations less than 24 hours notice before 2.30pm or non-arrivals then the booking will be charged in full. Pre paid, non-refundable rates and special offers/discounted breaks the deposit or pre payment is non refundable.
Do you offer group bookings or event rates?
Yes, send your requirements to [email protected] or speak with your event coordinator.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is 3.00pm and check out is 11.00am. Guests are welcome to leave luggage with us prior to check in.
Can I check-in early or check-out late?
Early check-in from 1.00pm is charged £25.00 and late check-out at 1.00pm is charged £25.00 (subject to availability).
Is there parking at the hotel?
The Spa Hotel has its own car park, which is free subject to availability. Guests are reminded that The Spa Hotel cannot be held responsible for Guests cars when left in its car park.
Is there electric vehicle charging at the hotel?
Yes, at an additional charge of £20 for 24 hours. Guests are to plug in their car and visit reception to have it connected within 5 minutes. Pre-booking is advisable.
Can you accommodate children?
We warmly welcome families. Not all bedroom types can accommodate additional beds, so please discuss this with our Reservations Team. Children 15yrs or younger sharing a room with two full paying adults will be charged £20.00 each per night for accommodation and full English breakfast. Cots can be requested for £10.00 per night.
Do you have accessible bedrooms?
We have one accessible bedroom on the ground floor, along with rooms with step-free access, please speak to our Reservations Team on 01892 520331 to discuss your requirements and check availability.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?
Sadly we cannot accommodate pets, with the exception of registered service assistance dogs.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Sadly, we do not have connecting rooms.
Where is the hotel located?
The hotel is situated in Royal Tunbridge Wells, we are 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from Tunbridge Wells train station.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi internet access is complimentary for hotel guests.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service can be ordered throughout your stay.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements or allergies?
We can accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please speak with our Reservations Team on 01892 520331 to discuss your requirements.
Is The Spa Hotel wheelchair accessible?
Please note due to the nature of our historic properties some spaces in the hotel are not accessible, our restaurant, bar and functions rooms are located on the ground floor and are accessible. We have a lift but access to some bedrooms requires stairs.
Do I get access to the Spa facilities?
Each bedroom booking has complimentary access to our Spa Health swimming pool, gym, steam room and sauna. The Wellness Suite access is granted for guests that have booked an indulgent and feature room, or is included in some overnight packages. Guests may be able to pay to upgrade to have access to The Wellness Suite (subject to availability).
Are there age restrictions at The Spa?
Spa Days: Those attending any of our Spa Days must be aged 16 years and over
Treatments: Those having treatments must be aged 16 years and over
Children’s Swimming Times: Children under 16 years must be supervised by an adult and are allowed to swim during designated children’s swim times.Children Times – 7:00am – 9:30am / 15:00pm – 17:00pm.
You must be a member, resident or spa day guest to use the spa facilities. You cannot book use of the spa facilities without being a member, resident or spa day guest.
