Your experience begins with a delicious Al Fresco two-course light lunch on the terrace.

After lunch, join our interactive ESPA Wellbeing Workshop, where one of our experienced therapists will guide you through a luxurious ESPA facial using premium ESPA products. With mirrors, headbands and Gua Sha tools provided, you’ll perform each step yourself while learning professional techniques and skincare rituals. The workshop includes an introduction to ESPA, calming inhalations, cleansing, exfoliation, a nourishing mask, Muscle Rescue Balm, Gua Sha facial massage with a serum, and finishing with moisturiser and SPF. Throughout the session, you’ll receive personalised skincare advice and have the opportunity to ask any skincare questions, making it an engaging and informative experience.

Next, make your way to our peaceful temple, here a delicious smoothie and chilled water will await you before a deeply restorative one-hour sound bath. Allow the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations to calm your mind, reduce stress and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.

Complete your retreat with full access to our spa and wellness facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, cold plunge and tranquil relaxation areas. Spend the remainder of your afternoon unwinding at your own pace, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored and ready to embrace the rest of your summer.
