Anouska, a British singer/songwriter and pop performer, will be starting the day off in style, performing songs you know with a unique edge. Anouska’s raw, soulful voice will encapsulate any audience, and her set list, which has many times been decried as ‘My playlist’, will be sure to create an upbeat energy!
Steffan James follows hotly behind.Steffan writes superbly crafted pop and acoustic rock songs, full of raw energy and infectious melodies.
…and of course it wouldn’t be SummerFest without the Paul Dunton Orchestra, providing an uplifting mix of cinematic pop and Americana flavours.
Last but definitely not least, and to end the weekend on a high, we are delighted that The Violet Jive are returning with more of their colourful ‘Musical Mixology!’ …A veritable cocktail of sounds and styles including Swing, Latin, Salsa, Rock ‘n’ Roll and far beyond!

His passion for discovering and showcasing rising stars makes him the perfect fit for our festival—and with Paul and the legendary Tim Cullen (Mint DJs) on board, you can trust the soundtrack of SummerFest will be nothing short of phenomenal.
Paul has carefully curated Sunday’s fabulous line up and he is also the driving force behind his very own cross-over orchestra, known for their spellbinding blend of pop and Americana with a cinematic twist. Their performance promises to be a festival highlight, featuring a dynamic mix of Paul’s original songs and beautifully reimagined classics, guaranteed to captivate the crowd..

Get ready to dance! On Saturday, July 12th, we’re thrilled to welcome back the incredible Mint DJs for another unforgettable set. Led by founder and internationally acclaimed club and commercial DJ Tim Cullen, the Mint team knows exactly how to bring the heat to SummerFest.
Expect a high-energy blend of Ibiza-chilled beats, club anthems, and feel-good classics from across the decades—all delivered with Mint’s signature style. To top it off, the experience will be elevated by live vocals from Abigail Bailey and the smooth, soulful sounds of a live saxophonist 🎷, creating the ultimate summer party atmosphere.

Anouska Assisi
Anouska is a British singer/songwriter and pop performer. She performs songs you know with a unique edge. By using a Loop Station to build her arrangements live, she creates a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic soundscape to accompany any event. Her ‘one man band’ way of performing means she is extremely flexible to different requirements, without compromising on the impact you would originally get from a full band. Anouska’s raw, soulful voice will encapsulate any audience, and her set list, which has many times been decried as ‘My playlist’, will be sure to create an upbeat energy, perfect for any special occasion
Steffan James
Steffan writes superbly crafted pop and acoustic rock songs, full of raw energy and infectious melodies. Steffan is renowned for his exemplary guitar playing and textured vocals and If you enjoy songsmiths such as John Mayer, Frank Turner and Newton Faulkner, then you will love Steffan James…
As guitarist and singer he has been featured in touring shows such as James Taylor in ‘You’ve got a Friend’ as well as Lindsey Buckingham in the legendary Fleetwood Mac tribute ‘Fleetwood Bac’ and is a member of “The Alter Eagles”
As a songwriter he has shared the stage with artists such as Billy Ocean, The Christians, Scouting for Girls, Sounds of Sirens, Newton Faulkner, Madness, Josh Doyle, Joan Armatrading, and many others. He releases music on a regular basis and sessions for up-and-coming artists in and around the south-east of England.

Specialising in immersive, character-led experiences, Once Upon a Wish transforms events into magical adventures. From fairytale sing-alongs and interactive shows to princesses, superheroes, and everything in between — they know exactly how to light up little faces with wonder and joy.
Thanks to their creativity and passion, they will ensure our Kids Zone is packed with enchanting moments the whole family will remember. Whether your little ones want to dance along with Spidey, sing with Cinders, or go on a treasure hunt — Once Upon a Wish is making it all happen!

We’re delighted to welcome Dalma, the creative force behind Freedom of Shapes, to this year’s SummerFest25 at the Spa Hotel.
With a background steeped in the arts—from early days playing violin to discovering the therapeutic joy of working with her hands—Dalma’s journey into jewellery and visual art is a beautiful reflection of creativity, mindfulness, and sustainable design. What began as a personal outlet has blossomed into a vibrant collection of handcrafted jewellery, featuring playful materials like polymer clay and upcycled beads and stones. Each piece is thoughtfully made to inspire confidence and spark joy.
Recently, Dalma has expanded her artistry into the world of painting, blending watercolours with other media to explore texture, colour, and form in new and expressive ways.
