Spa Health & Leisure is located in a bright, modern, purpose-built extension to The Spa Hotel, nestled within 14 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. With a welcoming atmosphere and a range of facilities including Precor gym equipment, swimming pool, saunas and steam room, Spa Health offers everything you need to stay active, feel great, and unwind.

- 6.30 am – 9.00 pm - Monday to Friday
- 7.00 am – 8.00 pm - Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
- Children are permitted to use the swimming pool at the following times:
Daily 7.00 am to 9.00 am and 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
All children under 15 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gymnasium, sauna, or steam room.
Hotel Guests and Member Benefits
- Use of the Leisure club’s facilities which include:
- 10m indoor heated swimming pool
- Two gymnasiums complete with high quality PRECOR touchscreen cardiovascular equipment, fixed resistance machines and free-weights
- Steam room and individual male & female saunas
- Floodlit, outdoor tennis court
- Access to the Wellness Suite is restricted to Premium Members, Spa Day Packages, and certain room type bookings. Please contact us for more details.
Spa Health Day Pass
Our 1 Day Memberships are great for those wishing to ‘try before you buy’ or for Health Club Members
wishing to bring guests along for the whole day and join in on classes.
On a Monday to Friday, for just £20 per day, guests can enjoy the following benefits:
Use of the gym during club opening times on that day
Use of the sauna and steam room during club opening times on that day
Personal Training Sessions (additional charges apply)
Use of the indoor heated swimming pool during club opening times on that day
**PLEASE NOTE – DAY PASSES DO NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE WELLNESS SUITE
Tennis
We have a floodlit outdoor tennis court for your use. You may book this up to seven days in advance by phoning Spa Health on 01892 553591.
There is a charge for the use of the Tennis Court for non members.
