Spa & Wellness Suite Cleaner
The Spa Hotel is delighted to share that our Spa has undergone a stunning renovation, and we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated cleaner to join our expanding team.
The Wellness Suite Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the Wellness Suite. This role ensures that all areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces, are kept in pristine condition to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
The role offers flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. It is at least 20 hours per week, and this will be working 5 days out of 7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly clean and sanitise all spa areas, including gym, saunas, steam rooms, showers, and changing room and Poolside.
- Deep cleaning of all Spa areas to include all pools, glass and mirrors, drains, walls, floors and showers.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained. Report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the Spa Manager.
- Properly dispose of waste
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Collect, launder, and replace linens and towels as needed.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the Spa Manager.
- Follow the Wellness Suite Cleaning procedures
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, good communication skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Wellness and Gym Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Wellness and Gym Assistant to join our Spa Health Club team. Our club offers a social atmosphere our luxury Wellness Suite and fully equipped gym. You will work 5 days out of 7 on a rotational basis, with varying shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and members with a friendly and warm welcome
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by following shift procedures.
- Manage the opening and closing of the club.
- Maintain good communication with your team and other departments.
- Conduct pool observations and regular checks.
- Cover reception, greet guests, answer phones, and take bookings for spa treatments and memberships.
- Keep gym equipment, changing rooms, steam room, and sauna clean.
- Perform routine health and safety checks and follow procedures.
- Conduct personal training sessions if qualified.
What we are looking for:
- Preferred but not essential: REPS Level 2 Gym Instructor or REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer.
- Previous experience in a fitness/leisure club is ideal.
- A personal training qualification is highly desirable.
Must possess a warm and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, solid computer literacy, and an interest in fitness or beauty.
