Every Civil Partnership at The Spa Hotel is unique and our Civil Partnership coordinators will work with you to ensure your day is unforgettable. This guide to your reception is only a loose framework which can be tailored to your exact requirements, but will give you an idea of what we can do for you here at The Spa Hotel.

Welcome Drinks. Civil partnership receptions normally begin with Guest Welcome and Drinks. The Ceremony is then conducted in one of our licensed Civil function rooms.

Ceremonies rooms or suites. The room is usually laid out with rows of chairs for your invited guests facing an area prepared for you and your partner to exchange commitments. Flowers to complement your colour scheme can be ordered from our florist

Drinks and Canapés. Whilst photographs and other civil partnership formalities are completed guests are invited to enjoy drinks and canapés.

Civil partnership Meal. The Civil Partnership meal takes place in another banqueting suite or room. The layout can take many forms and we would be happy to discuss your individual requirements:

Evening Reception. The evening reception is a popular addition to the civil partnership ceremony and meal that may appeal to both you and your guests. Your menu options for the evening buffet will be discussed with you when you plan your reception.

Accommodation. We have a selection of elegant 4 poster rooms and a superb suite, we also offer special rates for your guests who may wish to stay with us.
