Celebrate New Year's Eve in style at The Spa!
Why not enjoy pre-dinner drinks in Zagatos Bar before sitting down to a superb 6 course dinner at 7.45 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by our resident DJ and Champagne will be served just before midnight.

Cream of forest mushrooms, white truffle oil and shavings, morel froth
Roulade of smoked salmon and fresh salmon, fresh water crayfish, horseradish jelly, celery cress
Fillet of beef, wilted spinach, dauphinoise potato, butternut puree, rioja wine jus
