Spa Spa
Our Aim
Our aim is to provide you with a relaxing and memorable experience to assist in redressing the balance of both body and mind and achieving a sense of general wellbeing.
General Advice
Spa Spa welcomes hotel guests and non residents and our therapists are on hand to advise you and create a personalised spa programme.
If you wish have treatments outside of the normal Spa Spa opening hours, please contact our Spa Spa Manager who will endeavour to accommodate your requirements.
Spa Spa is extremely popular and we would recommend that both hotel guests and non residents book their treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
What to Bring
If you are simply having a Spa Spa treatment it is advisable to bring swimwear and suitable footwear. Disposable paper underwear is also supplied for some of the treatments.
Should you plan to extend your stay and maybe work out in the gymnasium you will also need to bring suitable clothing, i.e. tracksuit, a top and training shoes.
Light meals are available in the Spa Reception area where a robe or casual clothing is usually worn.
Gentleman will be required to wear swim wear/underwear during treatments.
Questionnaire
Guests will be asked to complete a questionnaire on their health. If you are in any doubt as to your physical condition or are suffering from any illness or undergoing any treatment, you should contact your doctor and seek advice.
Spa Spa Packages
When booking a Spa Spa Package, a non refundable 50% deposit will be required per person on confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice be given when cancelling an appointment at Spa Spa, otherwise the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Choice of Treatments
Not all treatments complement each other and may, if booked together, conflict in terms of the benefits they are intended to produce. If you are considering booking a range of treatments, other than those contained within a specific day package, we recommend that you seek the advice of our fully qualified therapists before confirming your appointment.
Use of Leisure Facilities
If you intend to use the hotel’s wet leisure facilities (swimming pool, steam and sauna) we recommend that you do so prior to having any treatments at Spa Spa.
Use of the Steam Room and Sauna may indeed prove beneficial in preparing your skin for certain treatments. There is an additional charge for non leisure club members to use these facilities.
Following spa treatments we recommend that you do not go swimming or use the sauna for a period of 8 hours. Using the wet facilities immediately following treatment is unlikely to cause you harm, however it may minimise the beneficial effects of those treatments.
Please feel free to come and see the range of retail products available at Spa Spa.
