The Spa Hotel is an elegant 18th Century Mansion dating back to 1766 set in 14 acres of picturesque grounds on the edge of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The Hotel offers 70 well appointed and individually styled bedrooms and guests have full use of Spa Health with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and well equipped gymnasium and a range of luxurious beauty treatments and therapies are available at our Spa Spa .

The perfect venue for Wedding Celebrations, the Hotel is licenced for Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships, and The Royal Suite Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 people.  For more intimate celebrations or for business meetings the hotel also has an excellent range of rooms available.

Morning coffee and afternoon tea can be taken in the lounge, or more formal dining in the Chandelier Restaurant.  

With the opening of our very modern Zagatos Champagne Bar, the ground floor phase of the hotel refurbishment is virtually complete and work continues on the remainder of the hotel.  The Orangery, our latest addition, has just opened for business and is situated at the rear of the hotel with views over the gardens.  The Orangery, with its own bar, will be available for private dinner parties and receptions, and will also be licensed for Wedding Ceremonies.
