Accessibility at The Spa Hotel
Facilities available for guests with accessibility needs:

Arrival
Directions to The Spa Hotel are available by clicking here,
or by calling the hotel on: 01892 520331. As you arrive at
The Spa Hotel, you will find 3 parking spaces reserved for
blue badge holders. These are located directly opposite the
hotel's main entrance. Please make your way to Reception
where a porter will ask you if you would like help with
your luggage.

Reception
The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the
hotel on the right inside the front door.  You will be
offered a personal check-in service. Assistance is available
to help with your luggage and a full explanation of the
hotel's facilities together with a familiarisation tour.

Bedrooms
The Spa Hotel has two bedrooms on the ground floor. 
We are currently formulating plans to make one of these rooms
more user friendly.

Public Areas
The Lounge, Bar and Restaurant are located on the ground floor.
There are some steps to the Restaurant, however there is a
ramp provided. 

Spa Health & Spa Spa
The Spa Health Leisure Club and Spa Spa are located on the ground
floor and a member of the leisure team will show you the facilities.
The Spa Health Reception area, changing rooms and Spa Spa treatment
rooms are all on one level, however there are some steps down to
the pool and gymnasium.  Handrails are in place and a ramp will be
provided on request.

Conference and Function Rooms
If you are attending a conference or function at The Spa we have 5
conference rooms situated on the ground floor.  There are some steps
to 3 of the rooms however a ramp will be provided.

Our Staff
Our staff have been specifically trained to be aware of your
potential needs and to assist where possible. We recognise your
desire to be independent and are anxious not to over impose
ourselves during your stay, so please let us know the level of
assistance you will require.
