“It is a long time since we have stayed here. The conference and events staff worked very hard and were polite and helpful. The events manager certainly ran a tight ship. All credit to them. The food was excellent. The reception staff very nice and polite and efficient, our stay has been excellent. Room was clean and bed comfy. Housekeeping staff are lovely. Thank you. All the events staff at the gala dinner were excellent.”

“I came with my husband at the weekend - I wanted to say I loved my stay with you. The service was excellent = particularly the suited restaurant manager with dark hair (young) He was superb. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the food was so lovely. I could tell how much work had gone in to making sure the hotel provides excellent all round service and I will most definitely love to come again. I manage a small charity shop in Chislehurst and am VERY hot on good customer service and the SPA delivered it. A massive well done.
